Thomas A. Cushane, Esquire
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Cushane served as a full-time police officer in New Jersey from 1993-2004—first in Avalon (Cape May County), and then in Washington Township (Gloucester County). During his eleven-year law enforcement career, Mr. Cushane served as a police instructor, field-training officer, police patrol dog handler, and as a K-9 unit supervisor, where he was responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of his agency’s K-9 Unit. He is a certified Police K-9 Handler and a certified Police K-9 Trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from Rowan University, where he graduated cum laude, and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, where he concentrated his studies on criminal law, criminal procedure, and trial advocacy. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. (read more)
David P. Hiester, Esquire
Mr. Hiester earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University in 2004. As part of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hiester participated in a semester-long externship with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office under Assistant District Attorney Michael Barry.
In 2011, Mr. Hiester earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned Dean’s Honors in five out of six semesters. (read more)
